Childhood Enhanced 18 month visit is provided by our team for children 18-21 months.
The goal of this visit is to support the health and development of your child. During this appointment you will discuss your child’s development with your healthcare provider, as 18 months is a milestone in your child’s development.

Once an appointment is booked a questionnaire will be e-mailed to you (if you have provided the clinic with an e-mail address). This questionnaire focuses on your baby’s development and nutrition. You are encouraged to complete prior to the appointment. This reduces time in the appointment to complete the questionnaire.
